Wolltet ihr schon immer ein Video für Lemmy und Co machen? Dann habt ihr jetzt die Chance dazu. Auf Facebook hat die Band dazu aufgerufen, Videos zu einer Liveversion ihres Songs ‘Killed By Death’ zu machen und ihnen zu schicken.

So rief die Band ihre Fans auf:

We are letting you guys make and direct our next Music Video for the live version of „Killed By Death“ from the Tour Edition of „Aftershock!“ We will pick the best music video submitted by our fans to be our Official Music Video!! You decide what you want in the video! The more creative, the better chance you have of getting your video picked!
******RULES!!! You MUST use the audio of „Killed By Death“ from the new Tour Edition of „Aftershock“ to be eligible! The winning Music Video Director will win some VERY EXCLUSIVE Motörhead prizes and have their Music Video world premiered on Major Music Video Stations and Websites by our Record Label UDR Music! Lemmy Kilmister: Pläne für Statue in Heimatstadt bewilligt

Wie BBC News berichtet, will man in der Heimatstadt von Lemmy Kilmister eine Statue zu seinen Ehren errichten. Die Pläne hierfür hat der Stadtrat von Stoke-on-Trent jüngst abgesegnet. Die am 28. Dezember 2015 an Krebs verstorbene Motörhead-Ikone wurde in Burslem geboren -- neben Tunstall, Stoke-upon-Trent, Hanley, Fenton und Longton einer der sechs Städte, die sich 1910 zu Stoke-on-Trent zusammengeschlossen haben. Neue Pilgerstätte Laut des Stadtratbeschlusses will man die ungefähr 50.000 Britische Pfund (58.500 Euro) kostende Skulptur auf dem Marktplatz von Burslem aufstellen.
