Kirk Hammetts Gitarre, die er während des finalen Black Sabbath-Konzerts spielte, kann jetzt ersteigert werden.
Vor kurzem verkündete Gibson, dass Kirk Hammett eine seiner Gitarren im Rahmen einer Wohltätigkeits-Auktion zur Versteigerung bereitstellen wird. Die Gitarre kam bei dem letzten Black-Sabbath Konzert in Birningham zum Einsatz. Kirk Hammett ist einer von 15 Künstlern, deren Gitarren bei der Auktion angeboten werden. Eine von 15 Gitarren Die „Played, Worn & Torn“-Serie ist eine Reihe, die von Gibsons Non Profit-Arm Gibson Gives und dem kalifornischen Auktionshaus Julien’s Auctions ins Leben gerufen wurde. Die Auktion beinhaltet 15 unterschriebene und auf der Bühne genutzte Gitarren bekannter Künstler. Mit dabei sind unter anderem Instrumente von den Beatles, Prince und Eddie Van Halen…
