Das Tourtagebuch, Teil 3

„Well we got to Madrid and we finally got a real sound check and it really made all the difference !!! The show was the best of the tour and the Spanish really made us feel at home !!! Cheers. So off to Barcelona where some of us did some sight seeing of the famous cathedrals during the day .. Such a beautiful place . I don’t know how they get all these people in the venue in a hour but the place was packed when we went on !!

We had a great show and now things are running like clock work and all the bands are hitting on all cylinders !!!we got to meet and hang out with the famous Jordi Wild, he is a big fan and we partied hard !! GOOD TIMES!!!   Woke up in a camp ground outside of Paris France for the day off so that was gonna be a boring day so we ubered into town and had a great day site seeing and had some of the best salmon I ever had !

The next day we were playing at le zenith .. I have many great memories of this venue as the first time I played there was in 1990 with Judas Priest !!! It’s a great sounding arena and the French really went off and this show ranked right at the top!!! Off to Antwerp where the show was killer !! Went up and watched korn kill it !! Love this band and it is really special to be on tour with them !!

Then bang were in Tilburg!!! It was another sold out house and the heavy metal spirit was flying high !! We also discovered they had a giant portrait of our band assistant bridog on the wall !!! Bahahaha !!!! After a killer show we went out for an superior dinner at a local Italian restraunt .. Now off to Germany for a day off in Stuttgart !! I catch you guys again in a few days!”
